1. Watch the video in the guideline folder for navigation.
2. Review and annotate your own coding answers—nothing is submitted. Only final assessments are graded for accuracy.
3. Ask coding questions directly within the chart for auditor review.
4. Check the comments section before posting questions to avoid repeats.
5. After completing all 300 charts, send your current resume to [email protected] to request a professionally written version.
6. Then, complete the charts a second time to reinforce HCC and risk adjustment skills.
7. Email [email protected] to request your final coding assessment. A 95% score is required for internship completion.
8. Upon completion, you’ll receive 12 free CEUs.
